Return and Refund Policy:

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the sale of merchandise (“Products”) offered through The TV Police Merch Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the purchaser (“you” or “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Policy.
1. Custom Made-to-Order Products
All Products sold through The TV Police Merch Store are custom made to order and produced specifically for each Customer. Accordingly, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage as described in Section 2 below.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error:
You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the Product by contacting [insert contact email] with supporting photographs and order details.
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, either replace the defective item or issue an exchange for the same or substantially similar item.
We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item prior to replacement.
No cash or credit refunds will be issued unless we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
3. Shipping and Handling
Returned items approved for replacement must be shipped in their original condition and packaging. We will provide prepaid return instructions where applicable. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the Customer after delivery.
Products returned without prior authorization.
Digital or downloadable content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our Products is limited to the replacement of the Product in question or the refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion. Under no circumstances shall The TV Police Merch Store be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
