All merchandise offered for sale is custom made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors or materials may vary slightly due to production or display variations.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or misuse).
Limit or discontinue the sale of any Product at any time.
Modify or discontinue any portion of the Service without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be added at checkout as applicable.
We use third-party payment processors, and you agree that we are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues caused by such processors. All transactions are subject to the processor’s terms and conditions.
4. Returns and Refunds
All Products are custom made to order, and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, photographs, and software—is the sole and exclusive property of The TV Police Merch Store or its licensors.
